Cooperation

KNVB
In September 2009 KNVB-president Michael van Praag visited Curacao to meet with NAVU and its officials. The meeting was sealed with the signing of a new cooperation contract.

KNVB will support NAVU in her ongoing efforts to develop the football sport in the Netherlands Antilles and to educate her staff.
In March 2010 KNVB and NAVU started a Club Management Course for the football clubs. The course is conducted by Peter Fossen and Hans Schreidering of S4S.

Project NEC
The cooperation between NEC, NAVU and Fundashon Bon Intenshon resulted in yet another Antillean youth player entering in the NEC Football Academy. Ryad Monte and Shannon Carmelia entered the Acadamy in 2008.
