Development Center
W ith the Marty Maduro Development Center, built next to the SDK Stadium with support from the FIFA Goal Project, the NAVU has a professional facility which does not only function as a training and development center but also accomodates local and regional teams for training and championships.

Cooperation with KNVB
In October 2003, the NAVU delegation had meetings with the KNVB for preparing a protocol for a two year education program. The KNVB will support the NAVU projects with both material and know how. The first project, training youth teams and youth trainers with qualified CIOS trainers, has yet started. In January 2004, a KNVB delegation visited Curacao to sign the protocol. In January 2003 the NAVU moved to the new offices inside the recently opened Development Center. Since then, an education program aiming at professionalism is being executed. 

Training program
The youth coach certification and diploma level 3;
- The training coach level 2;
- The advanced training coach level 1;
- The International coaching certification programs from CFU or FIFA;
- The referees certification program delivered according to the norms of FIFA;
- The medical staff certification program.
